Easy Dressing for Rice

YES LAWD! MY MAMA AND PAPA WAS FROM CROWLEY ,LA, I LIVED IN BATON ROUGE FOR A YEAR OR TO BACK IN CALIFORNIA. I BURN OUT HERE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. WAITING ON MY BLESSING TO START A CREOLE/ CAJUN LOUNGE. PRAY FOR ME YALL

Looks exactly like what we call down in Alabama dirty rice… now how it became rice dressing is interesting, I would love the back story to how that dish became rice dressing…. Just saying.😊
